Product Introduction
The evaporative condenser mainly uses the evaporative latent heat of water to exchange heat, and the heat exchange mechanism is advanced. Its heat exchange effect depends on the local wet bulb temperature, and the condensation temperature (back pressure) is low. Due to the large evaporation potential of water, less water can meet the needs of heat exchange. Condensing condenser, cooling tower, circulating water pump and pump room in one, compact structure, can be a huge condensing system equipment, is a kind of energy saving, water saving, environmental protection condensing equipment.
Water saving: Compared with the wet cold case, it can save 40% ~ 50% water.
Power saving: compared with the wet cooling scheme, it can save 10% ~ 20% of power; Compared with the air cooling scheme, it can save 30% ~ 50% of electricity.
Land saving: covers only 40% to 60% of air cooling, and about 80% of wet cooling.
Environmental protection: Circulating water in the evaporative condenser self-circulation evaporation heat transfer, will not cause environmental pollution.

Second, operation principle:
The super wind power of the auxiliary induced draft fan makes the spray water completely evenly covered on the surface of the coil, and the water uses the wind potential to greatly improve the heat transfer effect. The spray water with rising temperature is partly turned into a gaseous state, the latent heat of vaporization of water is used to take away a lot of heat by the wind, the water droplets in the hot gas are intercepted by the dehydrator, and the rest of the water that absorbs heat is scattered to the PVC spray sheet heat exchange layer, cooled by the flowing air, the temperature is reduced, enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating pump. The water evaporating into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.

1 Evaporative condenser should adopt a single pipe structure; With steam inlet, vacuum port, condensate port;
2 Evaporative condenser heat exchange tube adopts carbon steel oval tube, support frame adopts Q235-B;
3 The heat exchange module adopts the whole high temperature hot dip zinc, the thickness of the zinc layer is 80~120μm;
4 Heat exchange tube single tube pressure test, the test pressure is not less than 6bar (g), the heat exchange tube bundle as a whole, the test pressure is not less than 0.8bar (g);
5 Evaporative condenser should come with water tank, water tank with water refill, sewage, overflow interface;
6 The fan blade adopts hollow aluminum alloy, and the fan is directly connected transmission form;
7 Fan supporting motor adopts outdoor type, shell protection grade is IP54, insulation grade F, temperature rise grade B;
8 The pump supporting motor adopts outdoor type, the shell protection level is IP54, the insulation level is F, the temperature rise level is B;
9 The shell protection level of the start-stop control cabinet is IP42.
10 Evaporative condenser should be equipped with liquid level remote transmission device to achieve remote monitoring of evaporative condenser liquid level.
11 Other device accessories
Other equipment accessories and materials required by the system should be compatible with the main equipment and material technology level in the system.
